These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of mobile games and applications developed and published by Alphatron Studio ("Alphatron Studio", "we", "us", or "our").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any Alphatron Studio application or game (the "Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.
Alphatron Studio provides mobile games and related services for entertainment purposes.
You may use the Application for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and any applicable laws and regulations.
You agree not to:
All intellectual property rights relating to the Application, including its software, graphics, artwork, characters, game mechanics, trademarks, logos, names, and other content, remain the property of Alphatron Studio or its respective licensors.
Alphatron Studio may periodically update, modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue certain features of the Application.
We may release updates that include new features, gameplay changes, bug fixes, security improvements, or changes to existing content.
You understand that certain features may change or become unavailable as the Application is updated.
We may also discontinue an Application or part of its services where reasonably necessary.
Certain Applications may offer optional in-app purchases, including virtual items, premium features, subscriptions, additional game modes, vehicles, characters, or other digital content.
All purchases are processed through the applicable app store, such as the Apple App Store, and are subject to the terms and policies of that app store.
Unless otherwise stated, digital items and virtual content purchased within the Application have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
We reserve the right to modify the availability, pricing, content, or features associated with in-app purchases, subject to applicable laws and platform requirements.
Certain Alphatron Studio Applications may offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions, including, where available:
The exact subscription options, prices, duration, and benefits available to you will be displayed in the Application and/or on the applicable App Store before purchase.
Subscription Price and Billing Period
The subscription price, billing period, and applicable benefits will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase. Subscription prices may vary depending on your country or region.
Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each subscription period unless you cancel the subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period, where applicable under Apple's subscription rules.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase or, where applicable, when a free trial period ends.
Your account may be charged for renewal within the period preceding the end of the current subscription period, subject to Apple's applicable subscription terms.
Managing or Canceling a Subscription
You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple account settings.
For subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store, you can manage your subscription by going to:
iPhone/iPad → Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
Deleting the Application does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
Free Trials
Some subscriptions may include a free trial or introductory offer.
If a free trial is offered, the duration and applicable terms will be clearly displayed before purchase.
Unless canceled in accordance with Apple's applicable requirements before the end of the trial period, the subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription and your Apple ID account may be charged.
Subscription benefits may include, depending on the specific Application and subscription purchased:
Subscription benefits may vary between Applications and subscription plans.
Alphatron Studio may introduce, modify, or discontinue certain features in accordance with these Terms and applicable platform requirements. The specific benefits included with each subscription will be clearly described in the Application before purchase.
Payments for purchases made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple.
Alphatron Studio does not directly process your Apple App Store payment information.
Requests for refunds for purchases made through the Apple App Store are subject to Apple's applicable policies and procedures.
You may need to contact Apple directly regarding refunds, billing issues, or payment disputes.
Some Applications may contain virtual currencies, vehicles, characters, upgrades, rewards, levels, achievements, or other digital content.
Virtual items and digital content are licensed to you for use within the Application and are not personal property or redeemable for real-world money unless expressly required by applicable law.
Alphatron Studio may make reasonable changes to virtual content, game balance, rewards, or progression systems as part of game updates and improvements.
Our Applications may use third-party services for purposes such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting, payment processing, authentication, or other functionality.
These third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.
Examples may include services provided by:
Your use of third-party services may be subject to the terms and policies of those providers.
Free versions of some Applications may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising networks.
Advertising availability and providers may vary depending on the Application, device, geographic region, and other factors.
Where an applicable subscription provides an ad-free experience, the applicable advertisements covered by that subscription may be removed for the duration of the active subscription.
Certain features of the Application may require an active internet connection.
You are responsible for any mobile data, Wi-Fi, roaming, or other telecommunications charges associated with your use of the Application.
Alphatron Studio is not responsible for charges imposed by your mobile network provider.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any account credentials used to access the Application.
You should keep your device's operating system and the Application updated where updates are made available.
We recommend that you do not jailbreak, root, or otherwise modify your device's operating system in a way that may compromise device security or interfere with the Application.
All intellectual property associated with the Application, including but not limited to:
is owned by or licensed to Alphatron Studio and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not use, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written authorization.
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the Application and provide a reliable user experience.
However, we do not guarantee that the Application will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Alphatron Studio will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Application.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Alphatron Studio may update these Terms from time to time.
When we make changes, we may update the "Effective Date" shown at the beginning of these Terms and publish the updated version through an appropriate location.
You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of the Application after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Alphatron Studio may suspend or terminate access to an Application where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving misuse, fraud, unauthorized modification, violation of these Terms, or circumstances requiring discontinuation of the Application.
Upon termination or discontinuation, your right to use the Application and its related services may end.
For Applications distributed through the Apple App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end-user license agreement may also apply where applicable.
