4. Virtual Items & Purchases

Our games may include virtual currencies or items ("Virtual Goods") which may be purchased with real money.

• Virtual Goods have no real-world value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
• Alphatron Studio reserves the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate Virtual Goods at any time.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Alphatron Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Alphatron Studio and its licensors.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
